Henri Lafontaine (1854-1943)

Lawyer, senator, pacifist and feminist. Founder of the International Institute of Bibliography and of Mundaneum.

He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1913. 

He was Worshipful Master of les Amis Philanthropes several times. In 1929 he co-founded the mixed lodge La Paix.
